Each manuscript is reviewed by anonymous reviewer.
The manuscript will be published if review is positive.
The manuscript is categorized by the editor-in-chief, based on the reviewers' suggestions.

The journal is published "publish as you go". Papers are accepted throughout the year, with a deadline specifically indicated in the invitation letter for the current journal issue.

Article processing fees

A priori does not require authors to pay processing costs for submitting or publishing articles.
